Our fast-growing startup is rapidly expanding its customer base and we are looking for a proactive Account Manager who will improve customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyze our customer base and work proactively with customers to improve the adoption of Lodgify’s suite of products
- Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction
- Own the business relationship with our customer base, while working closely with support who owns the technical relationship, to achieve an overall high customer satisfaction score
- Rollout new features, functions and services to the existing customer base
- Work with product management to identify new features, functions and services requirements of Lodgify’s customers
- Scale the team, processes, systems and policies to support Lodgify’s growth
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years as an account manager in a high growth SaaS environment
- Tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software
- Excellent English both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to manage hundreds of accounts
- Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way
- Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers
