Account Manager

Our fast-growing startup is rapidly expanding its customer base and we are looking for a proactive Account Manager who will improve customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyze our customer base and work proactively with customers to improve the adoption of Lodgify’s suite of products
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction
  • Own the business relationship with our customer base, while working closely with support who owns the technical relationship, to achieve an overall high customer satisfaction score
  • Rollout new features, functions and services to the existing customer base
  • Work with product management to identify new features, functions and services requirements of Lodgify’s customers
  • Scale the team, processes, systems and policies to support Lodgify’s growth

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years as an account manager in a high growth SaaS environment
  • Tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software
  • Excellent English both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to manage hundreds of accounts
  • Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way
  • Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers
