We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant Intern in Barcelona (min. 8 months, part time) who will assist our Management Accountant and the Finance Team in all day-to-day operations related to AP and AR accounting, bank reconciliations, payments, collections and outcoming projects… You love to crunch numbers and at the same time never lose sight of the companys business interest? Then you are the perfect candidate to join our team!

What you will do?

  • Support in the day-to-day accounting operations including the relationship with clients
  • Help optimizing all accounting and finance related processes like AR invoicing, cash collection, chasing and booking of supplier invoices, prepare payments, bank reconciliations

Who are you?

  • You are pursuing an advanced degree in business, economics or finance. Accounting knowledge is required
  • You are rigorous, pragmatic and motivated
  • You have a good ability to analyze and synthesize data and to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task and international environment
  • You have advanced Excel skills
  • You are proficient in English
  • You are madly in love with the startup industry or logistics
