About the Job

Were looking for an AML and Regulatory Policy Manager to sit within our Risk & Compliance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Scanning the horizon in the jurisdictions in which Revolut operates to ensure that we are aware of relevant changes within the regulatory environment, with a particular focus on AML / CFT

To develop policies and manuals in line with identified regulatory changes, and to conduct impact assessments on proposed changes to policies

To provide technical subject matter expertise on regulatory policy matters to both internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with partners and regulators

Developing training materials for staff and targeted roles on policy changes that impact them

Involvement in other ongoing projects to manage our AML/CTF risk

Requirements

University degree

3+ years of experience in a relevant policy management role

Ability to work well as part of a team, decisive, goal-oriented

Deep knowledge of the UK/EEA AML/CTF frameworks, including 4AMLD, POCA, UK MLRs, the FCA handbook, JMLSG guidance, and PSD2

Knowledge of other AML/CTF jurisdictions is a strong plus
