GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Project Management is part of the Clinical Operations Unit within TFS Develop and will work, when delegated, as an administrative support to Directors, Managers and/or Associates and in designated project teams according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Administrative support with CTMS and other business supporting systems
  • Administrative support in startup of new projects (for example activate all kind of systems/set up, contracts, status reports, start up packages/templates, support EC submission, coordination and distribution of supplies, financial start up documents/templates)
  • Administrative support during studies and when closing projects
  • Support in financial follow-up and invoicing
  • Support with handling of supplies
  • Support with collecting information/country status from CRAs
  • Support in Meetings (agenda and take meeting minutes)
  • Support with Newsletter
  • General administrative support in projects and to Directors/Managers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Upper Secondary School in Business Economics or equivalent
  • Proficiency with relevant software including Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Very good English language skills
