Back End Developer - Java / Full-Stack - B2B SaaS tech company remote UK office

full-time Qudini London

Qudini is a dynamic Series A level technology start-up company that is backed by Telefonica. We offer an innovative virtual queue management and appointment booking product. A B2B SaaS technology product that is used by restaurants, retailers, events and the health sector in order to revolutionise the customer experience. We work with significant global brands and FTSE100 companies, including O2, Tesco, Specsavers, NatWest and have clients all over the world including: Australia, India, Europe, and USA. Every day our software is used by thousands of staff members who use it to improve the customer experiences for more than 28 million customers a year.

Having completed our Series A investment round we are scaling our team from 30 to 50 people and are looking for top talent to take the company to the next level. Our B2B SaaS Cloud-Software product uses Amazon Web-Servers with a Java backend

and a front-end written initially in angular JS and moving across to React.

We are looking for junior, mid-level and senior backend developers to join our growing team based in the UK. Your role will involve working alongside our founders, UI, front end and QA team to develop new functionality, prototype projects and also contributing to our existing product and helping to maintain it.

The role is primarily backend development in Java 8, but many of our team are able to work across the full stack so if you have an interest in frontend development then this is a bonus, but not a solid requirement (or front-end is Angular.js but moving to React.js)

We search for someone with a passion for developing intelligent and robust algorithms that drive powerful and highly useful technology products. You will be interested in solving logic and mathematical problems and finding unique ways to use algorithmic information to trigger useful actions and provide users with the valuable information that they need to understand.

We are currently setting up a remote non-London based UK office within one of the following locations or beyond and so are looking for strong developers to form the start of our team. Cambridge, Bristol, Bath, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Brighton, Newcastle, Liverpool.

We are able to sponsor Tier 2 Visas for candidates from outside of the UK and EU.
