Are you a highly regarded Business Analyst with experience of eliciting and analysing requirements that enable the delivery of compelling technology solutions? Are you looking for a role that will challenge you and allow you to help change the world?

Farmdrop is in need of highly-flexible, capable and technically proficient Business Analyst to join our engineering team. As a Business Analyst you’ll be key in enabling the engineering team to deliver value to the business.

You should have: A proven track record of operating as a business analyst in a small scale up environment, preferably involving the delivery of multiple software development streams.

  • Hands on experience working as a business analyst within high performing Agile development teams, with a sound understanding of Agile methods.
  • Demonstrable experience of eliciting and analyzing requirements, developing solutions that deliver real business value
  • The ability to communicate and influence a variety of business and IT stakeholders at a senior level
  • A collaborative approach to meeting business goals
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • An appreciation of modern software engineering and associated development technologies and the full software development life-cycle
  • You may also hold a Business Analysis certification (e.g. ISEB)
