Business Development Coordinator PL

As a business development coordinator for the Corporate Travel arm of, you are the first point of contact for new and existing business customers. Youre passionate and driven to discover new business opportunities and qualify prospects depending on their potential.

The person we are looking for is a true hunter and a listener who gets excited about generating results. You are great at finding the right balance between the actual business platform and the needs of the customers.

You will create a connection with small, medium businesses and large enterprises on a daily basis, knowing how to tailor your approach to connect with gatekeepers, bookers and decision-making units on a senior level.

You Will:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and new business customers of in your own language
  • You work from our HQ in Amsterdam and call businesses in the respective country
  • Qualify leads
  • Research opportunity, identify key players and generate interest
  • Expand the network of Business travelers using our business platform
  • Cooperate closely with the focus market Account Management team
  • Be a CRM hero
  • Have a global focus and be locally relevant
  • Be data driven
  • Work closely with the Product Team based on the customer feedback

You need:

  • 2+ years experience in sales, customer service or call centre environments
  • To be fluent in English and Polish
  • You must already live in Holland or be able to relocate yourself to Amsterdam
