We partner with landlords to provide our tenants with bespoke managed offices that they can call their own; using the latest technology to help digitise the space (such as facial recognition door entry, virtual receptionists, and VR viewings to name a few). We’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market and hope that you can help us!

Kitt came about as our two co-founders realised the frustration in moving office space. They created a managed solution where Kitt do all of the work for our clients making an office move seamless. Our aim as a company is to “help real companies become a real business”.

What youll be doing:

  • Manage sales leads from the broker channel at the top of the funnel from initial contact to viewing booked.
  • Qualify leads and matching them to available spaces in our database.
  • Book leads to Senior Sales Executive and Sales Manager for viewings.
  • Reply to all broker lead emails to either match space/s and provide information on this space/s or to let them know we have no matches; with the goal of arranging a viewing for the prospective tenant.
  • Qualify the lead to collect all essential information on the tenant’s search
  • Own the broker lead sales funnel from initial contact to viewing booked.
  • Updating the CRM (Pipedrive) with the current status of leads and following up with brokers to check on the status of pre-viewing-booked leads.
  • Ensure all leads have activities in Pipedrive so all leads are monitored and being followed up on with the aim of arranging viewings or qualifying prospective tenants further.
  • Iterate on the system to send out information to brokers and arranging viewings.
  • Ownership of the availability sheet - keep this updated with new spaces.

Who you are:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual ideally educated to a Degree level.

Your essential skills:

  • Graduate level or 6 months to 1 year in sales.
  • Passion or keen to develop a career in sales
  • Good and articulate telephone manner
  • General computer/mac literacy
  • Communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Building rapport
  • Developing relationships
  • Experience with CRMs: desirable
  • Experience with qualifying leads; desirable
