Our London team are seeking a Business Development Manager who is looking for an opportunity to break into "Software as a Service" and the enterprise market. From Day 1 youll be working with high profile global brands across the UK, Middle East and Africa and be directly involved with driving change within the enterprise space.

The role . . .

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has demonstrated success managing the complete sales cycle, from canvassing new business, closing deals and relationship management. This is a mix of F2F and phone selling.

Key responsibilities . . .

  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline and consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Increase revenue through new business development of direct clients by effectively managing the sales pipeline, end to end, from prospecting to on boarding of new accounts.
  • Hunt out the best B2B marketing directors to implement the hottest incentive and loyalty programs across their customers, partners and reseller base.
  • Work closely with HR Directors to create world class employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure continuous growth of accounts in your portfolio beyond initial signage.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.
  • Have 1+ years demonstrated success in New Business Sales (SaaS product, marketing or HR tech desireable).
  • Will have proven new business sales achievement against target.
  • Are a confident and polished operator who can engage and influence key decision makers in marketing and HR within high profile/global brands.
  • Are a self starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and can understand P&L and financials.
  • Have knowledge of the incentive, loyalty, channel or reward & recognition industry (desirable)
  • Enjoy working in a small team/startup environment where you have no issues with chipping in to get stuff done.

£40,000 - £45,000 base salary. Fantastic comms structure + benefits scheme
