What we do:

Twine is a platform that helps companies hire quality freelancers from our network of 250,000 in creative, digital and marketing. We handpick the best quality freelancers for each project which saves time and money, whilst ensuring a quality result.

We also partner with large brands, so they can engage with our freelance network through advertising and co-marketing campaign.

Your Role:

You will be finding partners who want to reach our freelance network. For example, professional services or brands that already advertise to freelancers. As the partners are often international, leads can be found online / social media. The deals are then done through video conferencing, LinkedIn, email and calls. So we need people that aren’t afraid of the phone to cold call and win new business but can also can maintain relationships with existing partners.

You will have a say in the direction we take, not just "do what your boss says" – your opinion matters at Twine :)

  • Solid experience of B2B or advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of different parts of the creative, marketing and digital industries.
  • Ability to work successfully to targets.


  • Experience of selling to companies that reach freelancers (accounting platforms, learning platforms, software, legal services etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Determined, hardworking and can organise own time well
  • Flexible hours & awesome working environment, based in the heart of the Spinningfields.
