We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to oversee all of Doctorlink’s products and offerings. This role will be working alongside the CTO & MD of Operations as well as reporting to the CEO. To be successful in this role you should have a keen interest in healthcare, user experience and agile delivery. Your main responsibilities will include owning and shaping the Product Strategy, leading the Product Roadmap, recruiting and leading product managers, managing stakeholders, and understanding high-level customer needs. The role is highly cross-functional and critical to the realisation of our company goals and strategy. You primary contributions will come through setting the product vision and strategy.

Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a technical background, and be passionate about digitally transforming healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and delivery of products that fit customer needs
• Set and measure KPIs that drive key product and business decisions forward
• Manage a team of Product People
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on product decisions

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• Have prior and current experience at Chief Product Officer level, happy to consider people with either corporate or start-up backgrounds - a mix is preferred.
• Have worked as a CPO within a technology-led, B2B business
• Sustained experience of managing multiple product lines
• Worked in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test and deliver innovative solutions
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Have experience with hiring and growing out an industry-leading Product team
• Experience working in software or development teams
• - Partner closely with the CEO and fellow executives to amplify the voice of our users while ensuring our product vision, strategy, and roadmap tie closely to our overall business goals and key metrics
• - In tandem with our CTO and your respective teams, ensure we have the right team structure, processes, and tools to achieve velocity, quality, transparency, and continuous improvement
