UK start-up launching a new office!
Drover is a London-based venture capital-backed marketplace startup offering monthly, all-in car subscriptions to customers who want to experience car ownership as it should be: digital, flexible and at a fair, transparent price. THE ROLE
Our 130-strong teamwork out of our London and Lisbon offices and we are now in the process of opening a 3rd office for Drover in Bucharest. In this new office, we plan to build out an energetic, proactive Operations team. As a Claim Handler, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a motor insurance claim and/or post-rental damage claim. This role requires you to engage our insurance partners, supply partners and customers. You will go the extra mile to ensure we meet our SLAs, keep costs to a minimum and drive revenue.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing superior customer service to our vehicle suppliers and customers
- Owning your allocated claims, ensuring each is dealt with according to our SLAs
- Monitoring repairs including payment
- Working closely with our accident management partners to ensure no customer is left without a vehicle
Success in this role will mean you are consistently meeting quantitative and qualitative account objectives, including exceeding customer retention and satisfaction targets.
- Bachelors Degree from a top university in Romania
- A very high level of fluency in English
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – you’ll be managing a large volume of claims
- Great attention to detail
- Can-do attitude with a bias for action
- Good Excel skills
