Collections Specialist

full-time Zendesk Dublin
Zendesk are seeking a talented, detailed oriented Collections Specialist to help manage the global Collection process. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team, be a quick learner, motivated and enjoy working in a rapidly evolving environment.
High volume collections experience is an advantage as well as languages.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers via phone and email on overdue invoices and expected payments/commits
  • Send daily manual notices and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Document all collections related customer interactions
  • Work with Sales, Legal and Finance Ops as necessary to resolve billing issues which has a direct impact to collection process
  • Resolve tickets queries related to Accounts Receivable /Collections
  • Weekly Account suspensions reviews
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • Use good judgment in balancing the ability to resolve issues and when to escalate to the appropriate person

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years high volume transactions Collections experience.
  • Knowledge of Collections procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • NetSuite and Zoura experience a plus
  • English fluency required and ideally an additional language
