MongoDB is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Commissions Analyst to join our International Finance team! The role is suited to someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a rapidly expanding business.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate sales data between the accounting system and the commissions system
• Maintain the systems, process and data that drives the sales incentive plan
• Prepare, calculate, and analyse monthly commission payouts
• Assist with the calculation of sales commission and bonus accruals for month end
• Partner with HR, Sales Operations, Sales and System Ops teams to setup accurate quotas and revenue crediting
• Support the sales team to resolve any queries on a timely basis
• Prepare compensation analysis reports on a monthly basis
• Liaise with management to develop and prepare custom reporting as required
• Assist with ad hoc finance and sales ops based projects as required

Requirements

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Education: 3rd level business related qualification or equivalent
• Must exercise good judgment and confidentiality
• Strong track record of meeting deadlines and resolving queries
• Proven excellence in MS Excel and numerical skills
• Strong systems experience (Salesforce.com and Xactly Incent an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi geographical team in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Additional European language an advantage
• The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role
