We are looking for an all-round Digital Marketing Talent to join our team of 20+ people. As this team will be the marketing of Factorial this role implies wearing many hats, a great resourcefulness and a lot of creativity: from using new content formats to reach possible leads, to creating ways to onboard new customers easily to collaborating with the product and sales team. You will be proactive and suggest (and implementing) new ideas and improvements to our rapidly-changing solution.

Factorial is a start-up founded in 2016 to change the way small and medium businesses manage and compensate their employees. We offer a free software platform that lets all SMBs manage their company like only large enterprises could do until now.

We provide an all-in-one software solution for companies to run HR and take good care of their employees: from time off, to employee benefits and especially running payroll.

We are discovering our marketing opportunities as we grow and our product is rapidly changing to adapt to these needs. There are no defined tasks or responsibilities for this position. We believe that to succeed in this position you should identify yourself as entrepreneurial spirit, somebody who is be motivated by a set of challenges, thirsty to learn more and dedicated in your every endeavour.

Even though there are no hard skills or university degrees required, while evaluating your candidature we look for:

• An excellent writer both in Spanish and in English (at native level)
• Initiative, autonomy & experiments in your past work experiences
• Video production capacities or a taste for design, photography, style that might lead us to think you will excel

Factorial has been an exciting journey and our Marketing efforts have been one of the main drivers for lead generation and customer acquisition. So far Marketing for us meant:

• Crafting an appealing and coherent message for all our channels
• Creating content with the aim to generate more leads, to convert to customers and to assist in their usage of the software
