As a dynamic communications manager you will execute the communication strategy for international tech events. Fully integrated into the events communication team, you will be in charge of event promotion in the tech / startup industry in EMEA regions.

Your mission includes:

• Creation and execution of effective communication strategy (Target audience, channels, partners, communities, media, social, ads, content plan…)
• Executing digital marketing operations to increase registrations for each event
• Communication : Through carefully written e-mails, social networks, PR, community & school outreach
• Community management : Reflecting the events’ message through social media channels and replying to enquiries and onsite event hosting

• Digital Marketing : Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google…), newsletters & emailing, medias & partnerships, social medias, referral, etc. Manage acquisition strategy and budgets.
• Monitoring : Analyse which acquisition channels are working best to optimise comms strategy
• Reporting : Performance reporting on KPIs
• Dealing with clients face-to-face, by email, and on the phone
• Confident in writing content for websites and social media for a variety of sectors
• Working well in a fast paced environment, being able to work on multiple projects and prioritise
• Tackling problems with a creative approach
• A keen interest in the ever changing world of tech

Languages :

• Native Dutch & a good level of English (any other languages are a plus)

Academic background :

• Business, Marketing or Communications

Professional experience :

• Ideally a first similar experience, marketing, communications, copywriting, or tech/startup world.
