Huckletree is part of the exciting. diverse and rapidly growing coworking landscape. We are looking for Community Interns to join the team, and give you the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of all our community roles, at a given Dublin Huckletree location.

This role will put you through your paces and get you learning from day one. You will work within the location community teams and have the opportunity to work alongside our Marketing, Programming and Business Development teams, all against the backdrop of your citys thriving tech ecosystem and fast paced startup landscape.

You will:

• Work directly with the Operations Manager at Huckletree to ensure that the space is running smoothly at all times
• Learn the service agreement contracts and liaising directly with service providers whenever we need support
• Liaise with the building management team to ensure that we’re up to date, whether it be for the next planned fire alarm, or H&S inspection
• Have the opportunity to manage projects with building contractors
• Build relationships with all service providers
• Manage the supplies budget, ensuring that we’re always topped up with top quality stock for the best prices
• Learn more about, and engage with, our members, constantly acquiring feedback on the way
• Attend and assist with our internal events schedule, everything from learning workshops to inspirational speaker events

• You are passionate, positive, hard-working and energetic
• You have hands-on experience with building management
• You may have a background in a trade or as the Ops Manager at a startup
• You are a ‘fixer’ and are unphased by turning your hand to anything
• You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members and staff
• You are fast-thinking and reactive
• You are process-driven and with a detailed focus
