Who you are

We are looking for a smart, ambitious and driven Content and Community Executive to join the Marketing team here at Elvie. You will be a creative individual with exceptionally strong writing skills, as well as a good understanding of community engagement and social media. Reporting to and working closely with our Brand Manager you will bring the Elvie brand to life, engaging with new customers and nurturing our community of existing customers. This is a great opportunity to help grow and shape our brand and content as we prepare for the launch of our 2nd product!

Its important that you have a great work ethic, a down to earth manner and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ideally, you’ll have good knowledge of communications or marketing and have relevant previous work experience and/or internships. Elvie is fast paced startup with big ambitions and we constantly strive to be smart, creative and disruptive so you will need to be confident working at a fast pace, love a challenge and be comfortable utilizing the support of the experienced team.


What you will do

  • Create, curate and plan engaging and SEO-optimised social media, website and email content
  • Create original and engaging copy for brand, press and commercial materials
  • Manage all social platforms, driving follower growth, engagement and referrals
  • Analyse and report on social media and content success
  • Manage relationships with influencers and bloggers
  • Monitor media coverage and regularly update media contacts
  • Ensure that the website, collateral and social channels are kept up to date in line with brand guidelines
  • Support execution of consumer events, competitions, promotions and giveaways
  • Manage global awards and events calendars
  • Support the Marketing team in day-to-day operations

What you will bring

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice and write strategically for each audience and platform
  • Proven flare for storytelling, social media, design and visual content
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • 1 year experience in marketing or copywriting role
  • Excellent understanding of all main social media channels
  • Experience in using (or the desire to quickly learn) social media management and reporting tools, e.g. Later, Buffer, Google Analytics
  • Experience of working with brand guidelines and delivering brand compliant material
  • Experience using graphic design software, e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, desirable
  • Desire to learn fast and challenge yourself
  • Having an interest in health tech is a plus!
