About the role
As a Market Researcher / Content Strategist at Whisbi, your job will be to analyse market trends and write reports in order to educate our target clients on how conversational sales & marketing can help them grow their business in the digital age. Specifically you will:
Develop marketing content and programs focused on mid-market and enterprise B2B marketers
Create content that explains how enterprise marketers and sales teams can leverage conversational sales & marketing in online lead generation and online sales
Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Content development includes a wide range of formats and usage - slides for speaking opportunities, research papers, market reports, customer testimonials, white papers, e-books, webinars, persona development, and sales collateral like pitch decks and case studies
Educate Sales on the programs and content, and help them use your content in their outbound campaigns
Forge key partnerships with enterprise technology partners, industry analysts and services partners to collaborate with, influence and learn from them
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
Draft and distribute content such as newsletters and releases
Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors etc.
Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)
Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution
Review and update published content as needed
Proofread and edit written pieces before publication
About you
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B
Proven market research analysis experience
Native English speaker or proficiency in English is a must
Excellent analytical, communication, writing and presentations skills
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Previous experience in Account-Based Marketing is desirable
Previous experience with Salesforce & Pardot is highly-valuable
Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g. Moz and Google Keyword Planner)
Time-management skills
BS degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent experience
