We are looking for a proactive Operations Associate, with hands-on attitude and strong analytical skills to join our core Operations team.

What you will be doing:

• Be in charge of executing and improving the continuous development of payments processes, reducing declines, helping with ledger reconciliation
• Identify, evaluate and research actual or potential fraud risks areas of business operations and make recommendations to mitigate those risks
• Provide risk management support to distribution and content partners.
• Build and optimise processes to support the companys growth
• Execute and scale core operations
• Manage day-to-day vendor and stakeholder relationships and build performance tracking systems
• Assist in operations-related processes such as support, verification, fraud detection, accounts reconciliations, etc

• An top-notch academic record in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or similar
• You have a solid track record of achievement and are able to demonstrate this through projects you have been involved in
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience with SQL
• Excellent analytical skills
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, flexible and proactive
• You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
