We’re growing rapidly and are looking for someone knowledgeable and passionate about legal technology, ready to open and lead our next office in Germany. As Country Manager, you will be our local champion, helping us to rapidly grow this market and to fulfill our ambition. This is a senior role that comes with P&L responsibility, ownership of continuing to build a strong culture and whilst being the spokesperson in the local market, you also deepen relationships with our Swiss HQ.
You will be responsible to:
- Lead Legartis’ efforts in the Germany market, planning the go-to-market strategy
- Define, organize and lead the team
- Full P&L responsibility
- Plan all local activities including sales, marketing, PR

- You have a data-driven approach, which means that you understand how to leverage data to improve our customer’s experience
- You are quick at identifying new market opportunities

- You are familiar with the local companies and have a large network that you can leverage

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and a good knowledge of English
- Demonstrated experience in leading in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
