Entale is how podcasting should be - an engaging audio experience supplemented by rich media to help the creator tell their story. We are working alongside some of the largest publishers in the audio space, including The Guardian, Conde Nast and Universal Music to build a product that will have global reach and a large listener base from the day one.

We are looking for a talented Creative Production Assistant to use our new tech startup Entale, to produce a variety of weekly interactive podcast shows. These show will be published directly to our app and featured on publisher sites such as the Guardian, The Times, the Telegraph etc.

As we work towards launching our app to the general public, we are looking for a talented individual to come onboard and work with our tight-knit team, supporting the production and partnerships team, and helping launch one of the most exciting startups to come out of Founders Factory.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in creative storytelling, an eagerness to learn new technologies and the initiative to come up with creative ideas. They will also be competent with online research and have some skills with photoshop and creating gifs. This role will suit a driven person who has an interest or background in media, arts and creative writing but most importantly are enthusiastic and not afraid to get stuck in. Other skills and attributes we’re looking for include:

Born out of Founders Factory, we are based in their High Street Kensington offices, which encourage a modern and tech-focused culture. No strict work hours, a host of Slack channels, a beer fridge, two free lunches a week, ping pong table, an open plan office and quiet working spaces for breakout and brainstorming.
