Skills & requirements – You

• are a student or just finished a university degree in finance, economics, or a similar field
• speak English plus one other language (ideally German, French, Italian, Polish or Spanish)
• are interested in credit risk assessment, debt collection and customer service
• know how to work with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, SQL is plus
• have a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• are interested in startups
• want to learn about bitcoin / blockchain and innovative financial services

At Bitbond you will

• analyse data of applicants who want to get a loan via Bitbond
• communicate with our sales team and with the applicants directly to clarify missing data
• answer customer support requests and engage with our active users
• analyze historical data of repaid and defaulted loans
• make improvement suggestions on the current credit scoring process
• conduct market research on fraud detection techniques
