- Independent processing and documentation of incoming customer inquiries
- Advise existing and new customers about our Smartfrog products
- Telephone and email order acceptance and processing
- Documentation and maintenance of the customer database
- Customer complaints
- Excellent English language skills, native or C2 level
- Empathy and communication skills
- You are friendly and enjoy speaking with customers
- High customer service skills
- Availability for shift work
- Very good German language skills would be a plus
