We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working in a fast­ paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will join a growing team where your day­-to-day is dynamic and employee input into operations is valued.Joining the customer ­facing side of the business is a really important task­ happy customers are a vital part to our success! You will be interacting with new and existing customers on a daily basis, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and great experience. Problem solving, keeping a calm head and having a ‘can-do’,friendly attitude is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a rapidly growing fintech start­-up.


● Keep our customers happy, speaking to them via email, telephone and live chat

● Get to know the product (our platform) and understanding how it works

● Learn how to analyse and process incoming loan applications

● Tell us what works and what doesn’t! You’re on the frontline interacting with our customers, so very well placed to help us get better at what we do


● Someone is is both excellent at and enjoys speaking to people ­on the phone and via email

● Forward planning, a self­ starter who is happy jumping in where necessary and working in a small, fast­ paced team

● Organised and with an exceptional attention to detail

● Knowledge or an interest in financial services

● Fun­ loving. We are a hardworking bunch but fun is very much a part of our day­ to­ day
