Customer Success Agent w/ English, Spanish or Italian

We are looking for a driven Customer Success Agent to join our team!

As a Customer Success Agent your focus is to assist and advise our customers in successfully using Lodgify to set up their own website and grow their vacation rental business. As the expert they turn to, you’ll use your expertise and passion for service to help them in a friendly and efficient way be it via phone, email, or screen sharing.

Since we’re a young and steadily growing startup, we’re looking for an agent to join our team, and to grow with us. Someone who is willing to take ownership of their own customers and projects (such as streamlining of the onboarding process and the creation of webinars).

  • Provide expert insights and advice to users
  • Taking action to solve requests in timely manner
  • Respond to incoming requests for assistance via email or telephone
  • Ensure quality service and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive relationship with each of your customers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and/or Italian (any other language can be a plus)
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Passion for creating the best customer experience
  • Positive attitude and sense of responsibility: takes ownership
  • Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries
  • Open and easy going personality, easily connects with others
  • Ambition to grow
  • Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert
  • Previous experience in software support is a plus
