Customer Success Manager

Juro is a fast-growing legal tech startup that helps businesses make contract management faster, smarter and more collaborative. Our mission is to make legal more human and we achieve this by delivering an intuitive, modern contract management platform that is built with love and widely adopted by the businesses that use it.

We are a small but fast-moving team who are already working with customers like Deliveroo, Skyscanner and SecretEscapes. We have raised >$2.5m from the likes of Point Nine Capital, Seedcamp and the founders of Gumtree, TransferWise and Indeed.com, and were awarded the LegalGeek award for legal innovation.

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to work with our amazing customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with Juro. As part of our small team you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Customer Success to influence Customer Success strategy and develop how we partner with customers.


As Customer Success Manager you will be a trusted advisor to customers, exhibiting customer-centricity in every aspect of your role and acting as a voice of the customer to the rest of the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Guiding customers through their journey with us, including kick-offs, quarterly business reviews and renewals.
  • Working with Implementation Specialists to successfully onboard and enable new customers.
  • Driving adoption of Juro to ensure maximum value is realised by our customers
  • Creating champions out of our customers who want to advocate for Juro
  • Discovering customer challenges and ensuring these are relayed back to our product team
  • Acting as a product expert, who is able to provide insight to customers and support to colleagues
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to deliver more value from Juro through additional use cases or users

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, empathetic and data-driven. You will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, whilst at the same time able to provide insight to customers which marks you out as a trusted advisor.

Specifically, you will have:

  • +1 year experience working within Customer Success or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and acumen
  • Aptitude for technical knowledge
  • Multi-stakeholder project management skills
  • Ability to work with and persuade a range of internal stakeholders to deliver the best results for customers

Experience in legal tech is not required but would be a bonus.
