Customer Success, Part-time

full-time Lingumi London

Lingumi is a fast-growing EdTech startup with a mission to make English learning fun, affordable, and effective for the next billion young learners. We’re creating an education ecosystem that impacts the next billion children, and some of the UK’s best VCs and angels have backed us to do just that.

Although there will be an initial 2 weeks training in London, we do consider remote team members. Our company values embrace independence and freedom in how, where, and when you work. Were a diverse team in thought, location, language and background, and, though everyone has a desk available to them, where you work is up to you.

  • Native in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, or Mandarin
  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages (on top of English): French, Italian, German, Mandarin or Spanish
  • Tech-savvy
  • CS experience (nice to have, but not necessary)
  • Availability:
    • 3 or 4 hours on Saturday AND 3 or 4 hours on Sunday - minimum
    • Ideally - some hours on Thursday and Friday to work with the rest of the team

Lingumi is a fast-growing education startup with offices in London and Cardiff. Were backed by some of the UKs best investors, and our (amazing) customers are from all over the world. Were a team of nine, with an open work culture that permits flexible working time, remote work, and team members with young families! Our mission is to make English learning fun, affordable and effective for the next billion young learners.

We have a strong set of values that not only focus on achieving our mission, but that also make sure everyone at Lingumi is fully supported, trusted and respected. We value independence, creativity, and honesty in our culture and work.

We don’t believe that titles make you entitled, all members of the team have an equal voice. Everyone has ownership and autonomy over their work. We share and support each other, so that no one is left struggling with a task on their own.

We are making a positive impact on children’s lives and futures: come and be part of our journey.

Please include a cover letter with relevant experience and why you think you’d be a good fit. We can’t wait to speak to you! Please note: Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
