Lingumi is a fast-growing EdTech startup with a mission to make English learning fun, affordable, and effective for the next billion young learners. We’re creating an education ecosystem that impacts the next billion children, and some of the UK’s best VCs and angels have backed us to do just that.

As our user-base grows, we are looking for a multilingual, part-time Customer Success agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, good at problem solving, and with a passion for language learning and start-ups.

Although there will be an initial 2 weeks training in London, we do consider remote team members. Our company values embrace independence and freedom in how, where, and when you work. Were a diverse team in thought, location, language and background, and, though everyone has a desk available to them, where you work is up to you.

• Native in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, or Mandarin
• Fluent in at least one of the following languages (on top of English): French, Italian, German, Mandarin or Spanish
• Tech-savvy
• CS experience (nice to have, but not necessary)
• Availability:
  • 3 or 4 hours on Saturday AND 3 or 4 hours on Sunday - minimum
  • Ideally - some hours on Thursday and Friday to work with the rest of the team
