Customer Support Agent - Italy (start ASAP!)

TAPP Water is looking to hire an Italian Customer Support Agent to bring the best possible experience to prospective, new and existing Italian clients of TAPP Water. The candidate will join the Customer Support team and help out our CS and Operations Specialist to make it happen and find creative ways to make our customers the number one priority for the company.

We currently have over 15,000 active customers worldwide and expect to grow to over 50,000 by the end of 2020.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Support Agent will be responsible of:

> Replying to doubts, suggestions and complaints from prospective and existing clients through different channels (email, phone and face to face customer support).

> Compiling and analyzing the incoming requests and complaints to find strategies to improve the existing experience and to propose new actions that could be implemented in different areas of the company.

> Managing and preparing orders in those cases in which they are not distributed by our logistic partners.

> Helping out in other tasks related to customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

The following proven experience is mandatory for the role:

- Show experience in a similar role / in a role facing the public directly

- Native Italian speaker, advanced in at least another language either Spanish and/or English

- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)

- Proactivity

- Flexibility and patience

- Hands-on mindset

- Organization skills

- Capability of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.

We will also value positively:

- Catalan speaker

- Experience in consumer goods / products

- Experience with Intercom or other CRM tools

- Worked in a startup before


LOCATION:

Barcelona-based, although temporarily remote (see details below)
