Role description:
Reporting directly to our Head of Customer Support, the Customer Support team are the heartbeat of the company. As a Customer Support Associate, youll handle telephone, chat and email queries and liaise with all internal departments to ensure all our users continue to have a first rate experience.
This will be a full-time, permanent role based at our newly refurbished offices in London. Our closest stations are Liverpool St., Old St., both just a few minutes walk away.
You will be our users’ go-to-person to resolve any queries or issues they have whilst using the platform, so the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service. Youll need to be an enthusiastic natural problem solver with strong attention to detail and an open, engaging communication style.
