We are a rapidly growing team, and as our newest Customer Support Manager you will be joining the Ada team in Berlin to support our users in the German market. You will be the first point of contact for our current and prospective users (predominantly via email and social media at this time), providing them with important product and service information and addressing any technical issues. You will also play an important role in collecting, collating and analysing user feedback and working with our development, quality assurance, medical content and marketing teams to identify meaningful improvements for our product and strengthen existing user relationships. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys interacting with people, and has a high level of empathy and a genuine desire to ensure that even the briefest of interactions leaves the other person feeling positive.
