Corrata is Irelands Technology Startup of the Year 2017. We develop cutting edge cybersecurity products for mobile devices. Our patent-pending software solution enables organizations to defend against mobile threats, block malicious and inappropriate content and eliminate unnecessary data usage. Corrata is led by an experienced team of software entrepreneurs and is on a path to becoming a global enterprise cybersecurity business. Corrata recently closed a significant funding round from leading venture and angel investors.

Corrata is currently looking for a new graduate or current undergraduate who is interested in pursuing a career in the technical side of cybersecurity. This is a paid 9-12 month internship with a flexible start in summer 2018. The internship will offer the opportunity to gain real world experience in cyber threat analysis, mobile device forensics, network analysis and related disciplines. You’ll be joining one of the most innovative startups in Ireland, having been name Irish Technology Startup of the Year award in 2017.

Requirements

University undergraduate pursuing a degree in information technology, cyber security or related field.

Native level English verbal and written communication skills.

Available for 9 to 12 months of full-time work, starting summer 2018.

Self-driven, highly motivated and passionate about technology.

Excellent hands-on technical skills in areas such as IP networking and mobile device operating systems.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Highly Desirable

Previous experience working in an IT/technology role.

Knowledge of cyber security technologies such as anti-virus, firewalls and web gateways.

Flexible working hours.

Experience of and contribution to different areas of the business.
