11:FS is a challenger consultancy that builds and launches next generation digital propositions for some of the biggest banks in the world.

We have pulled together a stellar team who have co-founded and grown challenger banks like Monzo, Starling, and Tandem, lead the technology platform at Nutmeg, transformed banks like Lloyds, and developed Blockchain applications at Barclays.

We don’t work like an agency, as we are effectively building and launching new startup fintech propositions for our clients. Like a special forces team, we get a lot of leeway to make it happen while protecting the reputation of our tier 1 clients.

Our ultimate aim is to transform financial services across the world, and positively impact the lives of millions of customers by delivering truly digital financial services to retail, business, corporate, insurance, and asset management customers.

Who you will be?

Establish a programme organisation and methodology in a newly founded company to create a SaaS banking platform and take it to market. This is a new initiative and is an opportunity for a strong delivery lead to come in at the start, establish a methodology, tools and processes and take a product from concept through to in market.

We’re not looking for a by the book delivery person. We’re looking for somebody who is highly collaborative, hands on, can think on their feet in a fast paced environment and pragmatically apply delivery methodology to achieve successful outcomes.

So what will you do? 💼🤓

• Establish vision, programme methodology, tools, processes and governance framework and work to continually optimise and improve them.
• Drive project delivery and set a sustainable operating and delivery rhythm.
• As part of a multi-disciplinary team establish and maintain an open, collaborative and positive culture within the project organisation.
• Balance objectives and redeploy people and resources as priorities change
• Be accountable for understanding, managing and communicating between complex stakeholder groups, undertaking regular reporting against key metrics and balancing priorities.
• Manage dependencies of varying complexity across workstreams and external parties / programmes.
• Remove blockers and pro-actively manage risks, commercials, budgets and people
• Be the initial escalation point for the programme and must have an awareness of the bigger picture
• Support the exec by overseeing the delivery of their vision for the programme
• Support and coach delivery managers
• Serve as an ambassador for 11:FS and its capabilities with clients
