Tech is at the heart of Gousto. After establishing our business model we’re now looking to significantly scale the company in 2018, moving from an established start-up to a high growth business. Tech maintains our website, apps, customer storefront as well as internal tooling, warehousing and logistics. We also have a data science team in tech that works to personalise the experience our customers get, optimise warehouse routing and more.

The Role:

You will be working on developing Gousto’s IT landscape maximising the value we get from our existing software products and optimising our processes whilst helping to constantly drive our technology forwards to create competitive advantage. You will provide complex analytical, business, and technical support related to strategic business functions, process, and applications.

You will have a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities; from leading technology projects to vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers, analyses, documents and manages business and/or functional requirements for various initiatives and numerous applications.
• Documents user stories and works with business representatives, project managers and product owners to prioritise.
• Manage and develop rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
• Leading or working as an effective member of a project team, exhibiting strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively.
• Documents test cases for application and user acceptance testing.
• Managing key supplier relationships working with them to deliver our platform.
• Understand Gousto’s process end to end and how they are supported by technology
• Knowledge expert on our operational software.

• A degree in a technical subject (engineering, science, maths, computer science, etc)
• 3+ years of relevant experience within technology implementation
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Passion for becoming a subject matter expert
