At SimplyCook we have a vision that the whole world should be able to make restaurant quality meals at home. Our current goal is to get over one million people cooking better meals and we are well on our way. SimplyCook is a tech-enabled subscription ecommerce business shipping over 350,000 products a month to its customers all over the UK. The company has roughly tripled in size for the last 3 years with strong growth continuing into 2019. We’re backed by leading investors Episode 1, Maxfield Capital & 500 startups, and Octopus Investments.
Our core product is a monthly subscription box containing flavour ingredients (sauces, spices, pastes) and recipes to help people cook new meals. This product is supported by i) our website, and ii) mobile apps on Android and iOS.
The role:
We’re currently looking for a talented designer at an exciting stage in our growth story. The right candidate will take on the responsibility of creating all of our ad creatives for our growth marketing campaigns - this means you’ll be expected to create high performing video, digital and print ad creatives, in order to help drive our continued growth. In fact, the role will lead in the creation of all ads, from conception of ideas through to production.
We’re particularly interested in creatives who have experience creating video assets, however, we’re also looking for well-rounded design experience as the role also covers print and web asset design. Furthermore, the role also won’t be entirely limited to creating marketing assets - they’ll be opportunity for you to get involved when it comes to web and / or mobile design too.
