Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and more), paid search (Google Ads), and retargeting.
• Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies (e.g. Google Analytics and Kochava)
• End to end execution of programmatic buys: understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations as well as campaign set up, QA, analysis and optimization
• A maniacal detail-oriented mindset and enjoys doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects (you will manage an astonishing budget!)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and to remain calm under pressure

What will you do

The chosen candidate will become part of the Marketing team with a focus on creating a real impact to the product through research and implementation of rigorous data-driven solutions. You will be given guidance and support but with a significant freedom and responsibility to improve and ramping up our paid acquisition strategy. We work hard to stay on top of industry trends and we want to continue to evolve the organization to ensure best-in-class technologies and techniques are used.

If you are good at simplify complex data from various sources, communicate solutions that clearly identify patterns, deliver weekly and monthly report results to executives and stakeholders, analyze campaigns and performance to derive key insights on online customer trends and behavior then this is your position.

Salary & Contract

The role is based in our HQ in Milan. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock options plan available.
