After three years, we are delivering thousands of meals every day across London to some of the world’s most iconic brands – Google, Facebook, Spotify and Buzzfeed, amongst many others. We’re working with a world of kitchens, over 250 of the best independent chefs, street vendors, specialist caterers, restaurants and supper clubs in London.

We are currently a team of 40, working from an really cool new office near London Bridge. You’ll be joining at the most exciting stage of our journey so far, as we solidify our position as Europe’s largest B2B food delivery platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join City Pantry at the beginning of our marketing journey. Our Digital Marketing Manager will be able to shape our paid marketing strategy from the start. You will work across channels (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Linkedin Ads, Instagram Ads), managing campaigns and reporting on insights to drive our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for a diverse and challenging range of tasks, so you’ll need to be able to think fast but smart in a rapidly changing environment. You’ll be joining our marketing team and reporting to our Head of Growth.

Working with us as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

Manage our campaigns across Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Adwords from launch to scale

Improve our campaigns over time and uncover new opportunities for each channel

Create relevant landing pages and optimize them for growth

Analyse performance of each channel and report back on the insights

Analyse our data on Google Analytics and uncover pain points in our customer journey

Help develop our marketing strategy and optimise budgets

Heres what well need from you:

Analytical – you’re confident with numbers and enjoy analysing data and generating meaningful insights.

Constantly curious – you’re a fast learner and enjoying absorbing lots of new information.

Highly organised – you have a natural desire to keep things up-to-date and create processes for it

2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing

Experience in running campaigns with Google Adwords, analyzing Google Analytics data

Experience with Facebook ads and Linkedin ads a bonus

Demonstrated strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English

Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
