So, what exactly will you do?
The Director of Digital & Campaign Marketing will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising campaigns across all online and offline channels (omni-channel) in conjunction with our Content & Product Marketing team members. She/he will be accountable for how we activate our thematic campaigns, powering our lead nurturing programs and stimulating the creation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). She/he will also be responsible for scaling up our Account Based Marketing (ABM) pilot project and in due course pivoting 50% of our digital marketing spend to ABM. Don’t worry if you are not an ABM specialist, there is support and guidance to help you. In your role you will lead a team primarily of 4 marketers, external SEO & PPC agencies and will mentor one of your team members to develop and expand their knowledge base and career path. It is a very exciting role, where you really see your work come to life, through activation and deployment. Where will you sit in the marketing team?
This new role is key to our expanded marketing function & strategic approach. Our team now stands at 15 people and is still growing. She/he will have a seat on our marketing council & will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). She/he will be joining our VP, Product & Content Marketing, Director, Media & Public Relations & Head of Sales & Marketing Operations. Not only will you learn in the role, but you will learn from our CMO and your peers (and vice a versa). Furthermore, the successful candidate will be given dedicated external marketing consultancy support to both expand your knowledge base and help you to succeed in the role. We not only want you to help us, we want to help you!
Experience & capability are key. If you are a digital marketing guru, then we are willing to listen, we will take someone with less experience in the areas listed below, if they can demonstrate they can do the job! However ideally, we would like someone who meets the following criteria:
