Director, Solutions Delivery

A Director, Solutions Delivery who will lead a team of architects and engineers in accesso’s ongoing efforts to continue to deliver world class ticketing solutions. This technical project team will be responsible for the strategy, development and support of new features, functions and capabilities on the accesso Passport ticketing platform. The Director of Solutions Delivery will provide project oversight, workload estimations, management of timelines, resource planning and the day-to-day leadership of a highly technical team to meet deliverables on time and within budget.

A strong technical leader with a passion for driving and delivering innovative solutions. You are a forward-thinker with an ability to successfully lead teams in the design, development and implementation of highly-complex, enterprise-level software. You are an effective communicator who is capable of collaborating across multiple groups and technology environments in different time zones. Requirements include:


  • 5+ years managing enterprise software development organizations
  • The management of a variety of diverse and, at times, conflicting priorities, requests and activities to ensure teams stay on track to deliver.
  • Establishment and communication of short- and long-term goals and strategies to team members


  • A deep understanding of software architecture and experience with managing large IT and software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of modern standards for enterprise application design


  • The ability to communicate strategies and updates across multiple product teams and departments including client-facing, business and technical teams, as well as with internal leadership and stakeholders.

  • You’ll be reporting to the Vice-President, Research & Development.
