Overview of Role

Are you a motivated, organised, people-focused professional looking to join a young, high performing team? This role is a great opportunity to expand your skills and help spearhead an evolving role, putting your administrative, event coordination and task management skills to work at a fast growing healthcare start-up. The role requires working closely with the Head of Courses to deliver operational and logistical aspects of HA’s training across the UK.

The role will offer daily variety, and opportunity to build your skills in a rapidly growing company. We are looking for an incredible learner and ‘do-er’. You will be given some on the job training and guidance. There is room for the successful candidate to make a distinct impact on the wider operations and logistics strategy of the organisation.

You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and innovation to the team and suggest new ways of working in line with the company vision and values.


Reporting to: Head of Courses

Accountable to: Student Support and Events Manager, Training Manager, Assessment Manager

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining communications with Harley Academy venue partners, and keeping maintenance of our training schedule.
  • Working with the Harley Academy CRM, and providing student support both in person and remotely from the office
  • Event administration, including student communications, material resource management, feedback collection and general administrative duties.
  • Working with the courses team to maintain and improve our successful events programme through the use of new technologies, materials and feedback.
  • Office Management, including organising meetings and managing equipment

The ideal candidate

  • Experience working in an education environment (desirable, but not essential)
  • Enthusiasm for delivery great, high quality events with exceptional customer experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Interest in training, education, or medical industry
  • A sharp eye for detail and drive to provide high quality outputs;
  • An ability to work flexibly, show resourcefulness and work on own initiative and under tight timeframes;
  • You will have a positive and outgoing personality with excellent people skills and be passionate about building relationships;
  • Demonstrate initiative with strong organisational skills;
  • Experience working with a CRM system is desirable but not essential;
  • Knowledge in event and delegate management is desirable but not essential
