We are on the lookout for talented Employer Branding Specialist that will make sure that IT world knows about working opportunities in DocPlanner.

Your goals will be to:

• actively source and attract candidates for IT positions using a variety of methods/tools,
• build the EB strategy to acquire talented candidates in Poland and Spain,
• make your ideas alive,
• measure the outputs of each EB action.

If you:

• have experience in building and leading EB activities (IT area will be a big asset)
• love to measure everything and understand that EB is about numbers,
• have past successes in EB,
• have experience in lead generation,
• are very independent, focused on results and solutions,
• can speak English easily (min. B2 level)
