cube19 is a successful and highly ambitious B2B SaaS company delivering Growth Analytics to the global recruitment industry. We believe that staffing companies massively underutilise their own data, often due to an over-reliance on spreadsheets and slow, labour-intensive manual reporting which is almost instantly out of date. By automating this process and providing easy to understand, actionable insights we help our customers optimise their two most valuable assets: People and Data.

We are experiencing significant growth and to support our ongoing expansion we are investing heavily across the business and particularly in our sales operation.

Our Sales Executives introduce cube19 to owners/C-Level connections at UK-based recruitment companies. The recruitment industry is an extremely well-defined niche with highly visible companies which makes prospecting and planning easier to target. We spend a good deal of time understanding our prospects so that we can present a solution that is highly relevant to their needs resulting in an above average close rate.

The role will involve you selling cube19 solutions to enterprise recruitment companies, those with 100+ users, to help create and execute sales strategies for the enterprise market that enable cube19 to achieve its revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting & lead generation, through discovery and solution design to proposal writing, sales presentations, contract negotiation and closing.

Working closely with the Sales Director to:

  • Map the market and decide on target prospects
  • Design and implement a strategy to penetrate those prospects including which members of the team will fulfil certain roles for each prospect
  • Design solutions that clearly demonstrate the ROI customers can expect when they invest in cube19.

  • Demonstrable and measurable success within the enterprise sales market
  • Experience of selling recruitment technology and/or SaaS solutions highly beneficial
  • An ability to sell value rather than product
  • Effective organisational skills to enable you to deliver on a variety of disparate / concurrent tasks and activities
  • Compelling and inspirational communicator
