We’re now looking for an Executive Assistant to own the schedules and operations for our CEO and COO at a time of incredible growth for the business.

What you’ll be doing and why you’ll want to do it:

• Co-ordinating and owning two back to back diaries and making sure everything runs smoothly. Like spinning many plates all at once…
• Oversee the smooth running of our office operations. It’s not an operations manager role, but you’ll need to be happy doing everything from fixing computers for new starters through to handling a lost Ocado order.
• Managing inboxes and being proactive, to handle the constantly changing demands on time for the CEO and COO. Prioritising short vs long term needs and emailing on their behalfs.
• Delivering operational efficiency to the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Cognitive Intelligence - A good degree from a strong uni and an analytical brain made for problem solving.
• Emotional Intelligence - A knack for managing expectations both internally and externally
• Comms skills - You’ll be emailing and speaking on behalf of our executives, handling their reputations externally.
• Attention to detail
• Startup attitude - no task is too big or small for any of us.

We launched in 2015 and in less than a year expanded to 87 countries. We work with clients ranging from Unilever, Coca-Cola and Loreal, generating valuable proprietary data and insights. Streetbees is backed by world-class investors such as LocalGlobe, Octopus and BGF Ventures.
