Who are you? You are highly efficient, adaptable and ambitious. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment but you also know the importance of team coherence. You have 3+ years of finance experience from a small to mid-size company or a scale-up business.

• An accounting qualification and professional experience in fast paced environment
• excellent understanding of global blue chip clients, and macro trends in technology across industries and markets
• strong decision making skills and you are great at questioning, listening and challenging
• background in implementing improvements in processes
• adaptability: an ever changing environment excites you more than it scares you
• experience in working in a global environment (you’ll be collaborating with our international offices)
• ability and interest in being a role model - you will be presenting an example for the rest of the finance team

What you’ll do?

Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be managing Decoded’s Monthly Global Finance Report, and be responsible for accuracy and reconciliation of bank accounts and nominal codes globally. You will also manage and mentor two junior team members and ensure they are achieving their targets.

• Quarterly UK VAT, EU VAT submission
• Global Credit cards management
• Manage all intercompany transactions
• Global AR and AP
• Global Payroll Management - utilising in-market advisors
• Responsible for Prosperworks integration with Finance
• Responsible for AccessPlanit integration with Finance
• Payment of all supplier bills globally
• Management of UK Vitality Healthcare
• Management of UK NEST pensions
• Global Employee Contracts management
• FX management - optimum buy/sell points
