What you will do
- You will plan and discuss with the Customer Care team to ensure customer´s demand can be adequately covered
- You will plan and assign routes, communicate with our fleet and monitor traffic and shipments from its assignation to its finalization. You will make sure every step is executed following customer´s specific requirements and that any incident is reported and solved according to our standards, securing the highest level of service possible and respecting the protocols
- Direct responsibility over quantitative and qualitative KPIs linked to the activity and level of satisfaction of shippers
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with external partners
- Significant autonomy to organize your tasks and processes in order to meet your goals
- You will be monitored and rewarded exclusively according to your performance
Reporting to: City Manager
Location: Madrid
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience, that includes the following: consulting, investment banking, operations, business analytics, customer retention, and project and team management
- Excellent business judgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish priorities and develop a strategy to deliver them
- Experience and mindset in optimizing and automating scaling operational processes
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with external partners
- High energy leadership, with ability to positively influence team members.
- Native fluency in spoken and written Spanish, and fluent in English (preferred). Additional languages are highly valued.
- Startup/Tech experiences preferred
