Festicket is looking for a talented, dynamic & dedicated Fraud Analyst to join our operations team. You will be working closely with senior members of the operation team, and you will be responsible for helping to protect our customers and the wider business against Fraud.


  • Responding to fraud alerts
  • Responding to chargebacks
  • Responding to Paypal disputes
  • Managing fraud prevention strategy
  • Managing manual review of orders
  • Contest payment disputes on behalf of Festicket across a variety of payment platforms including Paypal etc.
  • Detect suspicious orders by interpreting data
  • Providing support to the Customer Services team
  • Proactively contributing to the success of the team by sharing knowledge and ideas
  • Solving problems and troubleshooting fraud related issues on behalf of the customer
  • Proactively supporting the identification of weaknesses within the process and control frameworks
  • Previous experience in Fraud detection/analysis beneficial
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer facing role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Problem solving, independent, strong analytical and strategic thinker
  • Pro-active, ambitious and result-oriented working style.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients, upper management and law enforcement
  • Ingenuity and persistence to obtain case information not readily available with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases
  • Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ambitious, able to work under pressure in a very busy environmen
