Lodgify has been named by Wired as one of the 100 hottest startups in Europe! Our innovative software is focused in building direct channel technology which empowers vacation rental owners and property managers to create a professional website and grow direct bookings, free from commissions.

We are on the lookout for a Frontend Developer looking to join a fast-growing Startup and learn React to help us maintain and add features to our existing React app. We seek people who are passionate and motivated by participating and contributing to the growth and success of the project.

Your responsibilities:

• You will participate in the implementation of new features and functionalities into our product, using technologies like ES6, React + Redux.
• Working closely with the product and development team, you will take an active part in decisions that will shape our product. You will be studying its technical feasibility always with an eye on testing, performance and quality of the code
• You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, taking a proactive role of seeking solutions with the best quality possible
• You will extend a modern cross-browser compatible application always focusing on latest Web APIs and features.

What youve got:

• Expertise in Modern Javascript Programming (ES6+)
• Good knowledge of React
• Experience with a state management tool, such as Redux
• Previous experience with unit testing frontend apps and interest in visual integration tests
• Experience with Webpack or Rollup
• Ability to work with existing code and improve it
• Good level of English
• Worked with Agile Principles
• Experience with any server side language is a plus

You’ve got some advantage if:

• GraphQL expertise
• Typescript knowledge
• Experience with React Hooks and Context
• Experience with SSR for React
• Experience with Flutter and React Native
• Experience with modern CSS features (variables, transitions, flexbox, grid, etc.)
• Mobile-first developing mindset
