The Front of House role will give you the opportunity to be the welcoming face. Youll get the chance to work alongside our Marketing and Business Development teams, all against the backdrop of Manchester’s thriving tech ecosystem and fast paced startup landscape.

You will:

• Welcome guests and direct their queries, whether it be to one of the community team for a tour, or to a community member for a meeting
• Participate in our onboarding process, from allocating membership cards and locker keys, to inviting new members to our next community breakfast
  
• Take inbound phone calls, and direct them to the relevant team member, covering event bookings, partnership queries, membership enquiries and more
  
• Ensure all members receive a top level seamless experience, from making sure meeting rooms are correctly booked to topping up printer credits (and making stellar lunch recommendations!)
  
• Manage facilities including handling inbound post and ensuring lockers and bike lock stations have been correctly allocated
  
• Report directly to the General Manager at your location
