What we do
We’re a full stack marketing team in a small company with big ambitions and a real passion for what we do. We love nothing more than finding new opportunities to grow and innovative ways to make the most of them.
Teamwork is an important part of our success but we work in organic project groups rather than to a rigid structure. When we have an idea for a project we grab the people we need and get on with it. We’re independent-minded, proactive and always up for a challenge.

We are constantly experimenting and exploring ways to improve every aspect of our customers’ journey by combining creativity, technology and data.
The channels and tools we use
Our main channels are Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Affiliates and email. We also work with offline campaigns, PR campaigns, Pinterest and others.
We use Adwords Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, Google Analytics, Herokuapp and Power Editor.
We use different systems to stay in touch with each other when things are busy or for when that great idea strikes at the weekend and to keep things organised and on track.

Who we are
We’re a small, friendly team of passionate marketers that have a mixture of creative, technical and analytical skills.
We’ve got an incredible group of people already, with a huge variety of skills, experiences and ambitions for you to learn from and to add to. Between us we’ve built poker forums, run tattoo studios, worked in the stock market, run political campaigns, and directed major advertising campaigns for brands like Guinness and Seat. We speak at least 11 languages and come from 12 countries.
We like getting our hands dirty to learn new skills and get the job done. Everyone does everything. We believe that to be the best we need a broad base of fundamental marketing knowledge by continually learning and trying new things while developing deeper knowledge in our chosen specialities.
We are passionate about the company and about what we do. We want you to be too, otherwise our enthusiasm might just get on your nerves.

The opportunity: We are a young startup, and the only way is up! That means lots of interesting problems to solve and a lot of room to try new and interesting ways of working.
The culture: We work hard but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. BBQs on our roof terrace are a regular event, company ski trips, free yoga and free haircuts. There’s always music on the stereo and beers in the fridge.
The office: We’re in a cool old factory building in a vibrant part of Barcelona. We’re five minutes from the beach and what’s better after a day at work than a swim in the sea? Nothing, that’s what!
