Our systems combine cutting edge VR & MR with haptic feedback to create a near real operating experience, which delivers a safe, measurable and repeatable involvement with medical procedures. About the role

The Fundamental team is growing fast both in the UK and shortly overseas. The founders need the help of an intelligent, switched-on, smart person to help take on projects, manage timelines and take on the detail of (often) sensitive work.

As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for a smart and ambitious candidate to join our team, to help us grow and shape our vision together. Working closely with the Founders, you will need to be open to taking on a diverse range of tasks and challenges. You will be extremely adaptable in fast-paced environments, and comfortable with completing a wide array of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to add value, solve problems and address the needs of the business, then propose and deliver tangible solutions
• Stay on top of ever-changing priorities of the Founders
• Schedule meetings (internally and externally)
• Capture meeting notes and keep on top of actions across the business
• Take on specific projects/tasks and see them through to completion
• Manage internal processes such as overseeing staff onboarding

Requirements

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic, drive and persistence
• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to keep your cool under pressure
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Preferably prior operational experience at a high growth start up or relevant industry experience

• Salary range £30-35K (based on experience)
• 23 leave days (plus the ability to add a further 5 over time)
• Central London office
